About : A beautiful police officer from the northern town of Blue Hawaii. She also appears in the Game Boy Color games as a playable character. Rose has a strong sense of justice and is picky about illegal acts, but is apparently an alcoholic and gets drunk quite easily, as she drank some of the ghost pirates' rum and didn't want throw it in the ocean because it would be a waste acording to her.
