About : A simple blacksmith, Sazanami lived in a small hut bordering two countries. He was hired to make a katana and left to deliver it on the eve of a nearby village festival. When he arrived to deliver the sword, he found the family of three dead by the hands of Gosunkugi. He attempted to battle the man, but he fled. The villagers arrived quickly thereafter to find Sazanami by the corpses. They accused him of the murder and he fled.
