About : A genjutsu expert. She was taken by Kouchin at a very young age and her family was slaughtered by him. Only later does she learn this and turn against him. Mekira ended up becoming an alcoholic during her time as a member of the Imperial Army, but in the end after Kouchin's defeat, she decides to stop drinking.
