About : He is the 106th king of the Royal Capital Gairadite. Not much of his personality was known before meeting Ahid, but afterward, Lycius became a devout follower of the Almighty Radiance. He truly believed he was bringing salvation to his people by feeding them to dragons, and he was willing to force his "salvation" onto others by letting a horde of dragons consume all of Azesion.
