A decent sekijin pilot almost as good as Dagmyer, Cliff is the first to understand that not him or anyone is a match for Kenshi in sekijin combat. Cliff comes up with a plan to use a sekishin barrier reactor to destroy Kenshi, using Ceres Tyte as bait.
