About : Victor (Japanese: ビンセント Vincent) is a one-time character of the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Pi-Kahuna. He is voiced by Kazuhiro Nakata (adult), Megumi Hayashibara (boy) and Shin'ichirō Miki (teenager) in the Japanese version and David Brimmer (adult) and Ed Paul (young) in the English version.
