About : Maurice is an orphan adopted by Eureka. She found him under a pile of corpses during the massacre at Ciudades del Cielo. Maurice is mature for his age — he's the only one who ever suspects that adults may be misstating the truth to keep the children calm, and he's the most sensitive to Eureka's moods.
