About : Hugh is a young boy from Hiougi City. He is also Kyouhei's childhood friend, and alongside him received their very first Pokémon. Hugh is described as feeling passionately for Pokémon battles and Pokémon strength. He is also a doting older brother to his little sister. He seems to have a strong grudge against the new Team Plasma.
