About : Hazzard is one of the series' main antagonists. He is sent to Mars to become the commandant of the colony. He is power-hungry and opportunistic. During the first few battles on Mars, he allies himself with the Zaboom army with the ultimate goal of conquering the Earth that sent him away. He often uses manipulative tactics to bring people to his side. Eventually he tries to kill everyone on the Xenos 5 but is defeated by Phoenix in Houraiou mode.
