About : Tokisada is the former Horologium silver saint and the man who killed Haruto's brother. As Horologium saint, Tokisada claimed to have powers to control the time and the eternity. He received the Aquarius gold cloth from Medea due to his loyalty to Mars. In the other hand, Tokisada continued using his space-time techniques instead of the ice-based powers of the former Aquarius saints, since he didn't inherited the gold cloth by the traditional means.
