About : Cynthia de Pando is a Mexican voice actress and broadcaster. She was the official voice of stations 88.9 Noticias and Alfa Radio 91.3 in Mexico City. In dubbing, she is best known for providing the voice of Bailey Pickett in Zack & Cody: Twins on the Bounty. She currently resides in Vancouver, Canada, where she now provides original English voices for animations and video games, in addition to dubbing various projects in that language. She was the official voice of MTVLA from 2010 to 2019. She has also been the host of the children's program on Channel 5 since 2014 and the main host of BitMe since 2019. She was the recurring voice of Debby Ryan for Disney between 2008 and 2011. She is married to translator César Alarcón. In 2021, she returned to dub actress Katherine Heigl in the film Fear of Rain from Canada, returning to occasional dubbing after having retired for 10 years since 2011. Twitter: @cynthiadepando
