About : French voice actress and singer. She trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique under Marcel Bluwal, Antoine Vitez, Pierre Debauche, Jean-Pierre Miquel and others, while singing in the metro for a living. She began her theatrical career in 1980, playing in Brecht's Le Petit Mahagonny (Mahagonny Songspiel). In 1983, she performed in Brecht's Song's and played Polly in L'Opéra de quat'sous, directed by Jean-Louis Martin Barbaz at the C.D.N. Nord-Pas de Calais. Since 1995, she has performed poems by Aragon set to music by Léo Ferré, as well as Boris Vian, Barbara and Ferré himself. From 2000 to the present day, she has released six albums, including two devoted entirely to Ferré, in the company of accordionist David Venitucci (L'Âge d'or in 2010, Où va cet univers? in 2016). In September 2015, as part of the "Les Nuits de Nacre" festival in Tulle, she created a new show of original songs, written by Yanowski (singer-songwriter of Cirque des Mirages) based on her own life, and composed by Venitucci, at the Théâtre des sept collines. Entitled La Vie en vrac, this repertoire was recorded in the studio and released as an album by EPM Musique in 2017.
